Freshmen application deadline for the early action track. The early action track is encouraged for all freshmen – especially if you wish to be considered for the Lewis Honors College, competitive and academic scholarships or if you plan to live on campus.

Priority filing deadline for the 2021-2022 academic year for financial aid for entering freshmen.

Freshmen application deadline for the regular decision track. This is our regular decision track, which allows you to be considered for admission to UK but you may not be considered for Lewis Honors College or Competitive and Academic Scholarships.

Final deadline for submission of all required documents to the Office of Undergraduate Admission for undergraduate admission, excluding freshmen who will be considered on a space-available basis.

Last day for students in the Employee Educational Program registered through August 4 to submit EEP form to Human Resource Services to confirm 2021 Fall Semester registration and tuition waiver.

New Student Orientation and Registration for new freshmen, transfer, readmission, non-degree, and international students who have been cleared for admission but did not priority register.

K Week for all new undergraduate students.

Last day a student may officially drop a course or withdraw from all classes with the Office of the University Registrar for a full refund.

Payment deadline of registration fees and/or housing and dining fees - if total amount due is not paid as indicated on the account statement, a late payment fee of 1.5 percent of the amount past due will be assessed.

Classes begin for all undergraduate and graduate students.

Late registration for returning students who did not priority register and new applicants cleared late for admission. A late fee is assessed students who register late.

Last day to add a class.

Last day to officially drop from the University or reduce course load and receive an 80 percent refund.

Last day for students in the Employee Educational Program who registered and/or changed schedules after August 4 to submit EEP form to Human Resource Services to confirm 2021 Fall Semester registration and tuition waiver.

Last day to drop a course without it appearing on the student's transcript. Classes dropped after this date will appear on the student's transcript with a 'W' grade assigned.

Last day to change grading option (pass/fail to letter grade or letter grade to pass/fail; credit to audit or audit to credit).

Last day for doctoral candidates for a December degree to submit a Notification of Intent to schedule a final examination in The Graduate School.

Last day to officially withdraw from the University or reduce course load and receive a 50 percent refund.

Deadline for submission of application and all required documents to the Office of Undergraduate Admission and University Registrar for change of residency status.
