Freshmen application deadline for the early action track. The early action track is encouraged for all freshmen – especially if you wish to be considered for the Lewis Honors College, competitive and academic scholarships or if you plan to live on campus.

Freshmen application deadline for the regular decision track. This is our regular decision track, which allows you to be considered for admission to UK but you may not be considered for Lewis Honors College or Competitive and Academic Scholarships.

Priority registration for the Fall 2024 term. Please make sure to meet with your advisor to remove your advisor hold before priority registration begins. Check the registration webpage for more information about steps you should take to ensure a smooth registration process.

Deadline for applying with college deans for reinstatement after a second academic suspension.

Deadline for international applications to be submitted to The Graduate School.

First Fall 2024 payment deadline. If the total amount due is not paid, a late payment fee of 1.5% of the amount past due will be assessed.

Classes begin for the Fall 2024 semester.

Late registration begins for returning students and applicants cleared for late admission. A late fee is assessed for students who register late.

Last day to add a class.

Last day for employees to submit EEP form to Human Resource Services to confirm Fall 2024 registration and tuition waiver.

If a student changes their Undergraduate major on or before this date, tuition will be reassessed. For example, if an Undergraduate student moves from a UK Campus major to a Fully Online major, the student will be assessed the Fully Online tuition rate for the current term.

Last day to fully withdraw or reduce course load and receive an 80% refund for full-term courses.

Last day to drop a full-term class without it appearing on a transcript.

Last day to change grading option for full-term classes (pass/fail to letter grade or letter grade to pass/fail; credit to audit or audit to credit).

Last day for doctoral candidates for a December degree to submit a Notification of Intent to schedule a final examination in The Graduate School.

Monthly payment deadline. If the total amount due is not paid, a late payment fee of 1.5% of the amount past due will be assessed.

Last day to fully withdraw or reduce course load and receive a 50% refund for full-term classes.

Deadline for submission of application and all required documents to appeal residency status for Fall 2024.

The window for faculty to submit midterm grades for their classes.

Midterm of Fall 2024 (end of the ninth week of classes).

Last day to apply for a December 2024 undergraduate or graduate degree in myUK.

Last day to fully withdraw or reduce course load from full-term classes. After this date students are only permitted withdraw for urgent non-academic reasons.

Last day candidates for a December 2024 graduate degree can schedule a final examination in the Graduate School.
